Separate Escrow Accounts Titled as Such May Not be Safe from Third-Party Creditors in the Escrow Agent's Bankruptcy

No every separate escrow account, albeit titled as such, is safe from the escrow agent's other creditors if the escrow agent goes into bankruptcy.  Special arrangements, with the escrow agent, are mandated by the bankruptcy in LandAmerica.
